Market Overview
Eyewear is one of those markets where two pairs can look almost identical in photos but feel completely different in hand. Materials, hinges, plating, lenses and finishing all vary a lot, so price on its own doesn’t tell you much.

Footwear is heavily driven by factories and batches. The same model can come from several different production lines, with differences in shape, materials, stitching, soles and overall finish. A lot of production is concentrated around established footwear regions such as Fujian and Guangdong, where factories specialise in different styles and quality levels. Market Overview
Bags are a huge market, and at the top end they get surprisingly serious. Better factories join with buyers to obsess over leather, canvas, hardware, stitching, edge paint, lining and even the weight and feel of zips and clasps.
There’s a big gap between a cheap lookalike and a genuinely high-grade piece, so this is one category where factory reputation and detailed photos matter a lot more than just finding the lowest price. Understandably there is a lot of gatekeeping that occurs within community groups around the very highest tier replica manufacturers; over exposure can bring about swift closures. Market Overview
Watches have their own shorthand: AAA, U1, clone grade and superclone. Those labels aren’t especially consistent between sellers, but broadly they describe a jump from basic appearance-focused pieces to much more accurate cases, bracelets, dials and movements. At the higher end, the factory matters more than the label. Certain factories become known for particular brands or models, and one factory may be excellent at a Rolex-style sports watch but much less convincing elsewhere. Market Overview
Designer fashion covers everything from cheap logo-led pieces to much more serious factory production. At the lower end, the focus is usually just getting the look roughly right. At the higher end, factories pay much more attention to fabric weight, cut, embroidery, hardware, labels, stitching and how the garment actually fits.
Some producers become known for particular brands, categories or even individual pieces, so the source can matter just as much as the item itself. This is one of those markets where “same photo, same product” definitely isn’t always true.There are two main categories of sellers here; the first are general resellers who will mark up their prices but offer the convenience of being able to find multiple brands and products in one location. They offer goods across a range of price points, which is also helpful. However, it is sometimes harder to be sure of the quality so care needs to be taken. The other category are the higher end sellers and manufacturers. On paper these will look expensive, but quality and accuracy matters to these so although you'll pay a lot more relative to other Chinese sellers you are also going to get much higher quality products.IMPORTANT: It cannot be stressed enough how important it is to be careful when considering sizes and materials. Familiarise yourself with Asian sizes and how sizes are described - for example, chest sizes are often given as 'half sizes' in cm. So a 122cm (48") chest is often listed as 'Bust Size 61cm.'

Streetwear is a bit more chaotic than some of the other categories. Reddit discussions consistently come back to the same point: sellers are often middlemen, quality varies by batch, and the cheapest version is rarely the best one. What tends to separate the better pieces is the boring stuff — fabric weight, print quality, embroidery, stitching, collar shape and whether the fit is actually right. This is really several different markets bundled together. Belts, wallets, scarves, hats and socks are often produced by clothing or leather-goods suppliers, while jewellery tends to come from more specialist factories working with stainless steel, silver, plating, stones and different finishing techniques. Tech and gadgets is a broad category, from chargers, earbuds and smart accessories through to more expensive electronics. The big thing here is that appearance is only half the story — batteries, chips, firmware, connectivity and electrical safety can matter just as much as how convincing the product looks. Sportswear sits somewhere between fashion and performance gear. At the cheaper end, a lot of products are mainly about getting the look right; better factories pay much more attention to fabric stretch, breathability, stitching, compression, weight and how the garment actually performs when worn.
